Graduation Information

Dear Parent(s) and Graduates: 

 

It is a great pleasure to announce that the Graduation Ceremony of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School will take place at Centennial Hall, Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Parking is available at Centennial Hall and other nearby lots.    

 

Students who have fulfilled the following requirements for their Ontario Secondary School Diploma are invited and encouraged to participate in this most important event: 

  • Successful completion of 30 credits (includes 18 Compulsory Credits) 
  • 40 hours of community service, signed & submitted to the Guidance Office no later than March 31, 2025 
  • Successful completion of the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) or designated course 
  • Completion of 2 online courses, or signed “Opt-out” form 

 

Guidance has provided many opportunities for students to review graduation requirements; however, we strongly encourage all students to verify their graduation requirements by visiting the guidance office as soon as possible. 

 

Each student may invite up to three (3) guests. Information on the process for obtaining one additional ticket, if available, will be shared soon. Graduates do not need an invitation. 

 

Gown sizes need to be submitted, and graduation fees must be paid through School Cash On-line by February 28, 2025 

 

Details pertaining to graduation fees have been explained on the back.

INFORMATION FOR GRADUATION 2025 

 

 

Grad Photos: February 18 – 26, 2025 

Sign up online www.bookmygrad.ca and enter School Code STQ. 

 

 

Graduation: Tuesday, June 24, 7:00 p.m. (Arrival time for Graduates Only 6:00pm, please drop them off at North doors marked “Entrance to Lower Hall”) 

Centennial Hall 

550 Wellington Street, London ON N6A 3P9 

 

 

Graduation Fee: “Early Bird Special” $111.00* (*admin fee $1.00 for online payment). Must be submitted by March 1, 2025.  After March 1, 2025, the fee is $121.00 (*admin fee $1.00 for online payment) to be submitted no later than Friday, March 28, 2025.  Fee must be paid through School Cash On-line 

 

 

These fees help to partially cover the costs for: 

  • purchase of gown, cap, and tassel with a graduation year pendant all to be kept by the student 
  • sitting fee for graduation photo 
  • printing of diplomas
  • programs 
  • diploma folders 
  • school cross/memento 
  • Facility rental  
  • AV costs  
 
Grad Day: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 (Graduates will be provided more information later)

NOTE: Diploma must be students legal name and will be exactly as on file 

  • Please check the Grad List posted outside of the Guidance Office to confirm the correct spelling no later than Thursday, April 3, 2025.
  • Volunteer Hours must be completed and submitted to the Guidance Office by March 31, 2025.
