Transition Planning for Families and Youth Through Secondary School and Beyond
The London District Catholic School Board, Thames Valley District School Board, and Thames Valley Children’s Centre invite you to attend a Transitions Information Fair.

The focus will be on supporting students with special needs through secondary transitions to a variety of post-secondary pathways.
This event will offer information to educators, families and youth regarding supports and services that may be accessed on behalf of students in pursuit of their goals.
Among the numerous exhibits, the following community agencies and organizations will be available to support general transition planning for students and their families:
- Developmental Services Ontario
- Fanshawe College
- Western University
- Ontario Disability Support Program
- Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program
