Bus Registration for 2023-24

Bus registration for next school year is now open! To schedule bus service more effectively for students, Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services (STS) has an annual mandatory transportation registration process for students who are eligible for bus service.

Know Your Student ID:
Prior to registering, caregivers should also make sure they know the Student ID number which is available by contacting the school office or in the school’s Parent Portal.

Registration Due Date:
Transportation Applications will be closed on July 15, 2023 so that routes can be finalized before the start of school. Caregivers who register for the bus after July 15th may experience delays and transportation may not be in place for the start of school.

You don’t need bus service next year:
No action is required. School bus service is a shared ride environment, with multiple students using the space over the course of the day. Some caregivers may not wish to use bus service for personal reasons. If you are not using bus service, you do not need to register. We understand that your circumstances may change, if they do, please fill in a registration form at that time.

The STS Parent Portal:
The portal opens in late August for all caregivers who have registered for the school bus. The portal will give your busing details (bus #, bus stop locations, times, etc.).
